The PR is used to update the docs structure to be aligned with Chris's idae of the docs.
We are moving away from the versioning as too much overhead. The docs would be restructured. The first to move the docs into a better state for SDK v1.
The paths for some of the projects had been commented out and will be updated in future PRs and only used to be able to build and check the structure.
